What are your company's requirements?

Important Information: Here’s a more detailed description of the FUNDAE requirements and claims process.

Use your Training Credit: Each year, your company has a unique opportunity to invest in training. The amount you can spend depends on your company's size and last year's contributions

Keeping up with Social Security Contributions: It's important to stay current with your social security contributions and corporate taxes.

Course compliance:                                                    Your chosen course needs to meet certain standards. It should have the right duration, offer a suitable learning format—whether that’s in-person, online, or a mix of both—and its content must fit Fundae's criteria.

Keeping Track of documentation:                  Regular attendance is key, along with being able to show your progress on the course. Also, make sure that you and your training provider keep all necessary documents organized, as Fundae might want to check these at any time.

What are the requirements for learners?

Employment Status: Participants must be employed by the company applying for the funding and must be registered with Social Security at the time they receive training.

Commitment to Engagement: Employees are required to be dedicated to completing the course, with their participation verified through attendance tracking systems, whether via physical signatures or electronic methods.

What are the requirements of the course?
Before the course

Assessment of Available Credit: The company should evaluate the amount of credit accessible for training, which is determined by the social security contributions made in the previous year.

Selection of Course and Provider: The company needs to choose a course that aligns with its requirements and verify that the course provider is registered with Fundae to offer subsidized training.

Notification of Training: At least 2 days prior to beginning any training, the company must notify Fundae about the course, including details about the course and participants, via Fundae's telematic platform.

Agreement for Participation: The company must notify and secure the consent of the employees who will take part in the course.

During the course

Attendance Register: It's essential to monitor employees' attendance of the course closely. Both signed attendance sheets or electronic records are acceptable methods.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Both the company and the course provider must make sure that participants are engaging with the course effectively and evaluating their progress along the way.

After the course

Application of the Subsidy: After the course concludes, the company is required to apply for the rebate through social security contributions. This is done via the telematic application of Fundae, where the expenses are justified and deducted from the total social security payment.

Document Preservation: The company must retain all documentation related to the course for a duration of four years.

Documents include:

  • Training contracts.

  • Certificates of achievement.

  • Attendance lists.

  • Invoices and other cost documents.

Inspection and Audits: FUNDAE and other organizations may decide to conduct inspections to ensure that the training complies with regulations and that the allocated funds have been used appropriately. It is essential that the company is ready to provide all required documentation and evidence, when requested by FUNDAE.
